On the weekend of 6 and 7 January we have two fabulous headline acts returning to Gulgong.
The Full Irish
After playing at the Folk Festival last year we are stoked to welcome back The Full Irish to our Gathering. These talented fellows will entertain you and bring the Irish pub session to the stage. They are storytellers, protesters and performers with a catalogue of traditional Irish folk songs and tunes, as well as a large selection of contemporary Irish music and original songs. We are jumping out of our skin to have them on board!

Mountain Dew Band
We are very pleased and excited to introduce one of the bands confirmed for The Gathering. An exceptional bunch of musicians called Mountain Dew. Pretty sure most of you will remember this energetic band from last year's festival. Mountain Dew have been together for over 20 years and have appeared at many Folk Festivals including The Celtic and Irish Festival, Yass, The Illawarra Folk Festival and of course The Gulgong Folk Festival.
This band is noted for their "lively" music and audience involvement as you will see from their videos and links below. We can't wait to catch up with them again!
